NVC legal person change Wang Donglei and Wu Changjiang filed a reconsideration with the Ministry of Commerce

The struggle between Wu Changjiang, the founder of NVC Lighting, and Wang Donglei, the chairman of the board, is still continuing, with Wu Changjiang losing "position" one after another. Wang Donglei said on October 10 that he had completed the legal person change procedure for NVC Lighting (China), a subsidiary of NVC Lighting, and the legal person was changed from Wu Changjiang to Wang Donglei. 

Wu Changjiang confirmed yesterday (10th) that the legal person had been changed, but stated that it had submitted an administrative review to the Ministry of Commerce in accordance with the law. Yesterday, Wang Donglei sent a photocopy of the business license of NVC Lighting (China) Company. The photocopy showed that the legal representative of the company was Wang Donglei and the date was September 30, 2014. Before the “infighting” between Wu Changjiang and Wang Donglei, NVC Lighting (China) in Chongqing had been assuming the headquarters functions of NVC Lighting. On August 8 this year, the NVC Lighting board of directors, with Wang Donglei as chairman, dismissed Wu Changjiang as CEO. Wang Donglei then took people to Chongqing to take over NVC Lighting (China) Company. 

After that, the two parties violently clashed and the takeover was suspended. On August 20, NVC Lighting issued an announcement stating that it would suspend the operations of the company's Chongqing headquarters and establish a temporary headquarters in Huizhou. Wang Dongleifang said yesterday that at present, under the coordination of the Chongqing Municipal Government, NVC Lighting has completed the takeover of NVC Lighting (China). Except for the Chongqing Wanzhou factory, NVC Lighting has resumed normal operations. The change of NVC China's business license marks that the board of directors has fully taken over NVC's operating system, and also provides legal support for the board of directors to fully take over NVC. 　Wu Changjiang confirmed yesterday that the legal person of NVC Lighting (China) has been changed, but Wang Donglei has not taken over the company for the time being, and Wu Changjiang has submitted an administrative review to the Ministry of Commerce in accordance with the law.
